Colour Quality

We have invested in high end colour matching software for our CD printing machines. Normally used on expensive printing presses producing massive volumes this can now be used to get accurate and repeatable colour results for short runs. Some of the benefits are:

1) We can produce prints that match the appearance on screen without endless trial and error. So we can get to work on your job immediately without delays or setup fees.

2) If we re-print your job at a later date it will look the same. If we've made changes to our printers or replaced key components we will have re-calibrated to ensure consistent results. You'll often find us in the early hours of the morning, photospectrometer in hand, calibrating the printers by carefully scanning in hundreds of small printed colour squares!

3) We can print on multiple machines simultaneously without the output varying dramatically from one machine to another. Quicker and better print quality than our competitors.

4) We can produce decent black and dark colours direct to disc because we have effectively calibrated the printers. It means we can print the highest density of colour without causing the ink to bleed or run at all. Compare our results with other discs you may have had in the past to see the immediate benefit.

We haven't yet come across any of our competitors using this high end software - which is why our customers keep coming back and we win new customers on a regular basis.

Better Materials, Better Packaging

We have top quality booklet making equipment which allows us to use the thicker 170gsm paper even for 16-page booklets. They look and feel expensive - giving your customers a great impression about your CD. Our competitors often use 120gsm or lower weights - for their own convenience as it is cheaper and easier to make them!

The discs we use are tried and trusted, having given excellent print and burning results over many years.

When we send your parcel out we always "double box" everything to minimise breakages but we always include extra cases, CD trays, discs and paper printed parts to allow for any breakages in transit or misprints we didn't spot. This means you can safely throw away any breakages without being short. Our competitors often have a replacement guarantee but it's no good if you need 100 CDs for a particular deadline and then have to wait for replacement cases to arrive late. In the unlikely event that you do need extras we will of course hurry them to you on a next day delivery.
