By placing an order on our site you agree to the following:

1. Any shortage in the order, discrepancies, breakages, misprints, problems with burnt content must be notified to us within 14 working days of receipt. We will provide replacements where the quantity exceeds the spares we include. We are unable to deal with queries after 14 working days. Please be sure to check your order thoroughly on receipt.

2. Shipping fees are calculated for mainland UK delivery only. We can accept orders from anywhere on the planet, but we will need to provide a separate quote for delivery.

3. All orders placed via the autoquoter including cases will have the cases supplied separately for self-packing. Contact us if you require a quote for fully packed discs. Extra self-packing discount of 15% is applied if you are ordering cases, discs and printed paper parts.

4. Our prices assume that artwork is to be provided on our templates as at www.short-run.co.uk/templates.htm . A fee may be charged for correcting artwork to fit. You will be informed about any fees and given the opportunity to resubmit artwork instead.

5. Our prices assume that you will be supplying a master CD or DVD disc. All copies we make will be identical to the master supplied, so please ensure that the master disc is of the correct format. A fee of 20 GBP is liable if you require us to download and create a master disc for you. We do not guarantee copies where a master disc is not supplied. 6. We will not accept returns for print quality issues or colour matching issues if a proof copy has not been requested initially. We can provide free proofs of most items.

7. We will be happy to accept returns for variations in print quality throughout a batch. Variation in the printed position will not be accepted for returns if it is within the standard 3mm margin of error.

8. COPYRIGHT. By placing the order you provide us with a warranty that you own all rights in the music compositions, sound recordings, artwork and trademarks and you are liable for any infringement. Licenses must be supplied for use of third party compositions or sound recordings. The PRS and PPL can supply you with the correct license.
